ChatBlizz Software Private Limited provides instant or near-instant delivery of all digital subscriptions, credits, or access-based services purchased via ChatBlizz. No physical products are shipped.

  • Applies to all purchases made on ChatBlizz’s official platform
  • Includes digital keys, subscription activations, and downloadable content
  • Ensures prompt delivery after successful payment confirmation

Digital Product Delivery

All our products and services are digital. Once your payment is successfully processed, your access credentials, activation keys, or downloadable resources are automatically delivered to your registered email address or made available directly on your ChatBlizz dashboard.

Note: There are no physical shipments or postal deliveries associated with ChatBlizz Software Private Limited products.

Processing & Activation Time

Delivery and activation times depend on your payment method and system verification:

  • Instant Access: For payments made via Razorpay, UPI, Credit/Debit cards, or wallets.
  • Within 12 Hours: For transactions requiring additional manual verification.
  • 24–48 Hours: For payments flagged by payment gateways for fraud review.

Once activated, users receive a confirmation email along with invoice and login details.

Delivery Method & Communication

Customers receive product access and purchase details through:

  • Registered email address (invoice and activation link)
  • ChatBlizz account dashboard (for subscription access)
  • In-app notifications (for successful purchase confirmation)

Please ensure your email and contact information are accurate to avoid delivery failures.

Access & Tracking Information

Unlike physical deliveries, digital services are tracked via your account. You can verify:

  • Subscription status under your ChatBlizz dashboard
  • Invoice and payment ID from Razorpay confirmation
  • Email confirmation timestamp (as delivery proof)

Invoice & Confirmation

An official tax invoice and confirmation email are sent automatically to your registered email address after successful payment. The invoice includes:

  • Transaction ID and Payment Reference
  • Purchase date and total amount
  • Billing details and GST information (if applicable)

Failed or Delayed Delivery

In rare cases, if you do not receive your activation email within the expected time:

  • Check your spam or promotions folder
  • Ensure your payment was successful (check Razorpay receipt)
  • Contact our support team with your payment ID and registered email
